Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as an expert in all aspects of energy system installation, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
• Lead the installation and commissioning of energy systems on roofs, meticulously planning array layouts and mounting hardware to meet site conditions and exceed customer expectations.
• Utilize advanced knowledge to optimize processes and uphold superior workmanship onsite, actively seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Enforce adherence to building standards and codes among team members, guaranteeing the safe and compliant installation of panels and support structures.
• Collaborate closely with our warehouse team to coordinate the timely delivery of materials and equipment essential for installation.
• Demonstrate proficiency in all electrical aspects of solar installations, from supply side interconnections to trenching, with a focus on safety and precision.

Requirements :

• Extensive experience and expertise in PV equipment and installation.
• Background in roof work, general construction, or carpentry preferred.
• In-depth understanding of electrical wiring and equipment, with the ability to handle power tools and materials safely and efficiently.
• Familiarity with a range of energy systems, including Enphase Battery, Tesla Battery, Generac Generators, EV Charging, and Solar Street Light installations.
• Competency in reading building plans and equipment manuals to ensure accurate installations.
• Physical capability to lift at least 50 pounds frequently and work comfortably at great heights and in extreme environments.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the flexibility to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
• Vocational or technical school training preferred, with a minimum of 3+ years of electrical experience required, ideally in the solar electric industry.
• Valid Journeyman Electrical license or State Certified Electrician credentials are a must.
