Our client provides Control Systems and Machinery to manufacturing companies primarily within the Rubber and Plastics market segments. What you will be doing :
Provide daily management and leadership to the Engineering group consisting of Field Engineering, Project Engineering, Mechanical Design and Electrical CAD Design.
Be a driving force to ensure projects and customer orders are completed on time.
Actively involve in all activities within the engineering group.
Oversee employee management and administrative functions.
Manage engineering projects.
Work on electrical engineering and control and automation engineering.
Engage in control logic and HMI programming.
Carry out mechanical design and engineering.
Create documentation including parts lists, schematics, mechanical details & assembly drawings, procedures.
Provide customer support and field service. Experience you will need :
Bachelors of Science in Engineering and / or related field.
Hands-on proficiency with Automation & Controls and Electrical Engineering design
Five years experience in Engineering / Technical leadership / management role.
Demonstrated leadership abilities; goal orientation and strategic and tactical planning
Problem solving skills with ability to use good business judgment and make decisions.
Willingness to travel to both domestic and international locations"
