Boutique civil litigation and personal injury firm is seeking a highly motivated, independent, defense attorney with an exceptional understanding of civil procedure.
Background in any of the following is preferred : real estate (landlord-tenant and habitability), general liability, personal injury, property damage, insurance defense, motor vehicle liability, or premises liability.
Ideal candidate will have 4 7 years in litigation practice with experience in : taking and defending depositions, drafting and responding to written discovery, dispositive law and motion practice;
oral argument, hearings, mediation, and arbitration.Strong organizational, writing and communication skills required.
