We are seeking an AutoCAD Vectorworks Technician with a minimum of 2 3 years’ experience. In this role you will be responsible for technical drawings, 3D renderings, and overall documentation for NEP projects.

You will work with Engineering to provide and complete these CAD drawings for an install, job, or show, for our clients all over the globe.

The ideal candidate would be someone with broadcast industry experience or a person with a strong technical background with exposure to engineering and Architecture.

We do work in a fast-paced environment.

This is a Full-Time hourly position, Monday through Friday, on-site at our Grapevine, TX location. We will consider a candidate for a remote role with a strong background.

If remote, there may be a need to travel on occasion a few times a year.

Key Duties :

• Work with Engineering to provide CAD drawings and renderings needed for a project or proposal.
• Work with Sales to ensure documentation provides necessary information required by the client.
• Collaborate with Engineers and technicians in the field to collect information needed to complete documentation.
• Provide sales with support for product specifications, abilities, and configurations.
• Manage a variety of responsibilities at a time.

Requirements :

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience with AutoCAD and Vectorworks
• Technical background necessary
• Broadcast experience is a plus.
• Prefer some Architectural background.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Organized / Attention to detail.
• Considers internal and external customer needs when setting priorities.
• Engineering experience a plus
• Effective communication skills with all levels of interaction
• Able to deliver excellent customer service externally and internally.
