Custodial Support Details :

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Sunday through Saturday from 05 : 00am to 03 : 00pm)
• Performs high and low dusting.
• Collects all trash and litter from the area according to work schedule.
• Cleans all sinks, commodes, brass / metal windows, shower stalls, and shower curtains.
• Performs routine damp cleaning or vacuuming of all furniture.
• Daily vacuums all carpets according to work schedule.
• Routine wet mops all hard surface floors according to work schedule.
• Daily spot cleans all walls and baseboards in lounges, lobbies, kitchens, stairwells.
• Replaces all depleted restroom supplies (hand soap, paper towels, etc.).
• Gives general attention to detail work in the assigned area or schedule.
• Reports to the Environmental Services Department on time, according to work schedule.
• Complies with uniform code for the department, unless otherwise approved by the Manager.

Custodial Support Qualifications :

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to follow all written and oral instruction.
• Ability to complete all projects in a timely and efficient manner.
• Great attendance record. Good customer service and communication skills are required.
• Applicant may be subject to a background check.
