Scope of Position
The Executive Legal Assistant position will work directly with one of the founding partners, assisting in day-to-day administrative tasks as outlined below.

- Thorough knowledge and experience with DocuSign, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Internet Explorer and Adobe Acrobat, CARTA a bonus
Responsibilities
- Assisting with entity formation and continued existence - Coordinate with Secretary of State offices on various filings
- EIN and other IRS filings related to entities
- Assist with finalizing the document for signatures and gathering signatures on DocuSign
- Assist with various forms of corporate documents
- Maintain board minute books and corporate stock record books
- Tracking multiple corporate records including shareholder records
- Word processing, transcribing dictation, drafting, and finalizing correspondence and documents
- Maintain filing system including timely filing, opening, and closing of files
- Prepare closing binders and post-closing work
- Prepare real estate documents for corporate acquisitions or transactions
- Make travel arrangements
- Compile electronic document databases
- Reserve conference rooms and schedule client conferences
- Attorney time entry, client billing, travel, and expense reimbursement
- Assist on special projects (in other practice areas)
