About the Hospital and Department :
- Position will manage a 13 bed ED with over 15k annual visits and a team of 30 FTE's
- Well supported by a team of Charge Nurses and an Educator
- Reports directly to a collaborative and dynamic Chief Nursing Officer

Qualifications & Requirements for Clinical Director, Emergency (RN) :
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Active RN License State
- 5+ years of ER clinical nursing experience required
- 2+ years of ER leadership experience required (Supervisor level or above)
- Energetic and dynamic leader who will be able to ensure the team has the tools they need to provide the best patient care to the community
- Demonstrated track record of improving employee satisfaction / engagement, throughput times, and the patient experience
