Applications Support Specialist (Hybrid Location)

Application Support Representatives work with users to identify and resolve issues related to the software.
This is a hybrid location position. We are flexible.
- Duties / Responsibilities : *
- Provide support and guidance to users to resolve problems related to Datacor ERP.
- Communicate with users via phone and email to identify user issues and determine what steps have already been taken to resolve the issue.
- Apply knowledge of software to identify and assist users in identifying and correcting issues.
- Maintain logs of support services provided in the ticketing system
- Work on projects as assigned (e.g. form design and report changes)
- Identify trends in root causes to help create knowledge base articles
- Qualifications : *
4 Year College degree, business administration, accounting, computer science, mathematics, engineering preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer Service experience preferred
Software support experience
Datacor ERP experience a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills
Good time management
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
