Job Title : Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist
Job Description
Seeking a meticulous and proactive Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist to manage both the accounts payable and receivable processes.
This role involves processing accounts payables, including the input of information, review of coding, and approval hierarchy, as well as maintaining vendor relationships and compliance documentation.
Additionally, the role requires managing accounts receivables, processing tenant checks, coordinating collection activities, and assisting in financial report generation and budget preparation.
The specialist will ensure accurate processing and adherence to deadlines to support the financial operations of the company.
Hard Skills
- 1-3 years of AP / AR experience in a commercial real estate atmosphere
- Ability to process up to 200 invoices per month
- Proficiency in accounting software, specifically YARDI, MRI or similar software
Soft Skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Louisville, Kentucky.
- Office is located in DOWNTOWN, LOUISVILLE
- Must be comfortable commuting down tot the 4th St Live area
Work Environment
The office is located in downtown Louisville. Employees will park in the 4th St Live Parking garage.
