Role Summary : We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid IT background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with both public and internal teams.

This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support to end-users
  • Resolve IT-related issues promptly and efficiently
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall IT service delivery
