Pyramid Heating & Cooling started as a small HVAC operation of Phillis Construction, Inc., with a primary focus on residential new construction.

The company expanded into the existing residential homes and small commercial markets. We withstood the largest downturn in the economy with no layoffs and increased employee benefits.

Currently, we have an immediate opening for an Office Coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing the Service administrative functions.

This requires proficiency in communication, organization, and customer service. This role will actively contribute to the establishment and maintenance of strong relationships with both customers and community partners.

Work Hours : Monday through Friday, 7 : 30am - 4 : 30pm, weekends and overtime as needed

Pay Scale : $23.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience

Required Qualifications :

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • 2 years of experience in customer service and scheduling
  • Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills
  • Flexible with the ability to multi-task
  • Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
  • Strong work ethic and team player mentality
