Weare seeking a highly motivated team member to support our AquaticsDirector at our YMCADahl branch in La Crosse WI. This position stime will be split between administrative work supporting theoverall Aquatics Department and lifeguard / swim lessons.
This is afulltime hourlyposition.
Responsibilities :
- Assistin overseeing the safety of all aquaticsprogramming
- Assistin the scheduling of pool space for all poolrelatedactivities
- Assistin scheduling and supervision of lifeguardstaff
- Assistin recruitment and onboarding of all newemployees
- Lifeguardor teach swim lessons as needed (could includeweekends)
Requirements
- Twoor more years of experience in aquatics recreation fitness or arelatedfield
- Supervisoryexperiencepreferred
SpecializedKnowledge Skills &Certifications :
- ProfessionalCPR / AED and First AidCertification
- YMCAor Red Cross LifeguardCertification
- YMCASwim Lesson Instructorpreferred
