The Role
Responsibilities :
- Upgrade the current web application to the latest version of React, ensuring compatibility and performance optimization.
- Migrate existing .Net Framework backend services to .Net Core, taking advantage of improved performance and scalability.
- Design and develop new functional modules that address predefined business requirements, integrating them seamlessly into the existing system.
- Create detailed system architecture and integration test documentation, adhering to Confluence, Jira, Visio, and other bank processes.
- Ensure all development work is in compliance with industry best practices and the bank's internal security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA testers, and IT operations, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage the end-to-end testing process, including unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance testing.

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Tech Lead with architecture experience
- This person must have experience building applications / frameworks grounds up.
- We need a hands-on person who will also be involved in solution design and architecture conversations.
- Cloud experience will be good to have.
- Senior developer very solid developer with experience in .NET, SQL, React.
- Domain expert with deep understanding of how CDO / CLO ecosystem works.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in agile development environments.
