Project Administrator
Responsible for various administrative duties surrounding a project.
Duties may include documentation, meeting management, handling the project budget, and using time management skills to help the team stay on track.
Should have experience with ITSM tools Cherwell or ServiceNow.
Help facilitate smooth onboarding of new joiners by placing laptop and access requests.
Schedule and conduct induction and onboarding meetings with new joiners and make them aware of basic company processes.
Ensure training compliances of employees and coordinate with the non-compliant cases
Experience with scheduling Zoom meetings
Keep stakeholders updated about changes in onboarding processes and compliance
Effectively communicates with clients, peers and departmental management in business matters inclusive of those with technical content.
Blends technical and non-technical perspectives in verbal and written communications, focusing on the underlying business benefit and / or impact of proposed action.
Prepares and maintains requirements documentation.
