Key Responsibilities
- Maintains department calendar. Assists with scheduling meetings / appointments.
- Records time / attendance for salaried Operations personnel.
- Assists with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Assists in development and proofing of reports, presentations, meeting materials.
- Processes licensing fees for Ops personnel for Boiler and WWTP licenses.
- Administrator for various software programs utilized in Operations. Manage permissions, update databases and make revisions to systems as required.
- Maintains the Operations Sharepoint site and any other related pages.
- Oversees administrative responsibilities for onboarding new employees in the Operations department.
- Helps maintain operating procedures by reviewing / updating formatting, overseeing recertification requirements, updating links / templates and updating in Document Librarian.
- Supports Operations with material requisitioning and invoicing in SAP
- Organizes and maintains confidential files.
- Maintains records in accordance with MPC's record retention standards.
- Serve as backfill for other Administrative Assistance when needed.
Education and Experience
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.Minimum of 3 years clerical / administrative support experience required.Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.SharePoint and Power BI experience strongly preferred.As an energy industry leader, our career opportunities fuel personal and professional growth.
