Senior Property Manager
An established commercial real estate company in Houston, Texas, specializing in project leasing, property management, asset management, and development services is seeking a motivated Senior Property Manager.
In addition to operational management, the role involves acquisition, disposition, and brokerage services. We are looking for a self-starter with strong leadership, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day operations of office and industrial properties within the portfolio.
- Develop, review, and manage annual budgets and financial reports, tracking variances and ensuring accuracy.
- Lead acquisition and disposition due diligence processes for properties.
- Supervise engineering and property management teams, providing guidance on personnel, capital planning, leasing, and reporting to asset managers and owners.
- Manage contract services, tenant and capital improvements, and ensure high-quality repair and maintenance of properties.
- Handle tenant relations, fostering positive relationships with tenants, clients, and stakeholders.
- Collect accounts, approve expenses, and ensure clear, timely communication with management and property owners.
- Address complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring resolutions meet company standards.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Texas Real Estate Broker or Salesperson license (preferred).
- 10+ years of commercial property management experience.
- CPM and / or RPA designations in progress.
- Strong understanding of financial reports, variance analysis, and lease agreements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of AutoCAD, Kardin, Landport, MRI, and Yardi software being a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong leadership, initiative, and customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
