Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our school's team. As an RBT in our educational setting, you will work closely with students, teachers, and support staff to implement behavior intervention plans and provide support to students with diverse learning needs.
Responsibilities :
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with fidelity, targeting specific goals and objectives.
- Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students using evidence-based ABA techniques.
- Collect and accurately record data on student behavior, progress, and intervention implementation.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to communicate progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
- Support the integration of behavior support strategies within the classroom environment.
Job Qualifications :
- High school diploma / GED required.
- RBT certification obtained through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational or clinical setting preferred.
- Strong understanding of behavior principles and applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
