Responsibilities :
- Assist in managing multiple engineering projects, ensuring tasks are prioritized and team members are effectively assigned to meet project deadlines.
- Evaluate and approve changes impacting project scope, budget, or timeline; ensure changes are implemented effectively.
- Lead engineering projects, monitoring progress against project plans, identifying and resolving operational issues to minimize delays.
- Manage relationships with external contractors to ensure satisfactory service standards.
- Apply professional judgement and expertise to work independently on project tasks with minimal supervision.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in project management, with a focus on engineering functions.
- Strong background in process engineering and manufacturing.
- Experience in aerospace industry preferred.
- Professional mastery of specialized technical disciplines relevant to engineering project management.
- Ability to make evaluative judgements based on factual information and attention to detail.
