Think Tank is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and oversea a large team that is highly skilled and experienced in complex federal financial systems at a federal agency.
This role is critical for managing large-scale initiatives involving Oracle databases, data warehouses, systems integration, data integration, and federal financial and accounting practices.
The ideal candidate will possess more than 10 years of experience in program management within the federal sector, with a specialized focus on Federal financial systems.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
10+ years of experience in Oracle database, federal financial systems, federal finance and accounting practices, systems integration, data warehouse management, data integration

- Develop and maintain an Integrated Project Schedule for large-scale financial systems and data warehouse, leveraging team's extensive knowledge of Federal finance practice, procedures, policies, and data.
- Manage technical and staff resources
- Coordinate with federal leadership, stakeholders and support staff
- Develop Project Management, Communications and Risk Management Plans as required.
