- 4 yr. Technical Degree (Engineering, Computer Science) with 15+ years' experience in a technical role.
- US citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a TS security clearance is required.
- Military experience, especially Navy - a plus
- Exceptional Project Management or Project Controls PMP and / or PGMP certification a must
- Team player with experience building, leading, and managing a diverse team of technical experts at all levels.
- Ability and experience in preparing comprehensive budgets, project schedules, planning and managing project revenue and expenses, tracking earned value and estimate to complete
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated with the desire to work in fast paced team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills to support internal team discussions as well as client focused meetings discussions including negotiation skills and technical writing.
- Communication skills will be applied to all levels of the organization, including executives, managers, project managers, senior technical staff, vendors, contractors, and administrative support.
- Experience with government contracts regarding type and structure
- Familiarity with ERP / MRP software
- Availability for occasional travel, worldwide.
