Client Services Associate
Summary :
We’ve partnered with a small but mighty award-winning wealth management firm in search of a Client Service Associate ! This is an exciting opportunity to grow in the wealth management arena and into an Advisor (upon completion of Series 65 or 66).
This role will operate fully onsite in Waunakee, WI Monday-Friday 8 : 00 a.m. 4 : 30 p.m. Pay is $60,000+ / year based on experience.

Responsibilities :
- Ensure clients receive professional service and timely responses to requests
- Serve as initial point of contact in office as well as via phone and email
- Identify needs and respond with appropriate information
- Coordinate client and firm events to meet desired objectives
- Support daily office operations
- Adhere to confidentiality, security, and privacy protocols
Qualifications :
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of related experience
- Licensed : Series 65 or Series 66 within 6 months of employment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse group of people and businesses
- Strong basic math skills
- Ability and willingness to quickly learn information, and work with little supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of both client and staff information
