The Subject Matter Expert role is anextension of the tierI team. This role is responsible for resolvingall matters pertaining to our Commercial StorEdge Energy Hub andBUI product lines with a strict focus of first callresolution.

The ideal candidate will demonstratehigh level knowledge of our products and processes have a provenability in advanced troubleshooting with keen attention to detailand is determined to learn and grow in their career.

The candidatemust also possess superior customer service / communication skills toensure an efficient and quality interaction with ourcustomers.

Duties andResponsibilities :

  • Answerinbound calls to troubleshoot SolarEdge products (including but notlimited to battery BUI Energy Hub and Commercialproducts)
  • Follow up with customers via phone oremail as needed to ensure 100%satisfaction
  • Schedule calls when needed for abetter customer experience while remainingorganized
  • Attend weekly training s specific tothe Subject Matter Expert team
  • Remain up todate on all new issues and trends relating to these productlines
  • Process RMA s for damaged or faultyhardware
  • Maintain open case load to ensure fastresponse times to customers
  • Solve technicalissues with a higher level of permissions on internal software andtools
  • Review and escalate any trends found withour products to the Tier II team
  • Enforcestandards of high quality written and verbal communications to ourcustomers

Required Skills andQualifications :

  • Spanishspeaking is required.
  • AA or technical degree orequivalent professional training preferred.
  • Twoyears experience in a support center (call center) environmenttechnical helpline and / or remote supportservices.
  • One year solar industry experiencehighly preferred but not required.
  • Experiencewith solar electric products and National Electric Code (NEC) ishelpful.
  • Ability to stay calm and demonstrateeffective time management in a high stressenvironment.
  • Strong typingexperience.
  • Exceptional listening andquestioning skills.
  • Outstanding verbal andwritten communications skills.
  • Ability tomultitask in a very fastpacedenvironment.

FAIRPAY & A JUST WORKPLACE

AtSolarEdge we are committed to fair transparent pay and we strive toprovide competitive marketinformed compensation. The pay range forthis position in Arizona at the start ofemployment is expected to be between $19 $23 per hour.

It isanticipated that most qualified candidates will fall near themiddle of this range. However base pay offered is based on marketlocation and may vary further depending on individualized factorsfor job candidates such as jobrelated knowledge skills experienceand other objective business considerations.

Even more importantly please note that salary isonly one component of total compensation at SolarEdge. Subject tothose same considerations the total compensation package for thisposition may also include other elements including a bonus and / orequity awards in addition to a full range of medical financialand / or other benefits.
