M&M’S Las Vegas is currently seeking Seasonal Associates for the2024Holiday Season! This position will be through the beginning of January 2025

This position pays $17.30 per hour.

We are interviewing now for start dates in October. Candidates must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week from mid-October through early January, including weekends and holidays.

For those interested, there is the potential for this to become a permanent employment opportunity dependent on business needs and Associate performance.

Job Overview :

Our Temporary RetailAssociates will be trained in all areas of thesalesfloor and will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our Guests, whether in a character, character buddy, cashier,selling, ormerchandisingposition.

This customer-facing role requires positivity, product knowledge and determination to create an unforgettable customer experience.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Must be excited to SMILE and work in a fun, fast-paced environment to make every interaction a positively unforgettable experience for our guests while driving dailysalesandmetrics.
• Must haveauthorizationto work in the .

• No Education or previousretail experience required
• Stronginterpersonalskills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, includingsafety,food handling, Quality,Loss Preventionand Emergency procedures
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings,weekends, and / orholidays
