Job SummaryResponsibilities :
- Audit General Ledger entries for all branches
- Audit Balance Sheet Accounts
- Track and Followup on ICR’s
- Perform an occasional ICR
- Training / reviewing policies to make sure everyone is doing the reconciliations and entries correctly.
- Reviewing Reconciliations
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Two to three (2-3) years general ledger experience required (defined as : journal entries, account reconciliations, prepaids, accruals, fixed assets, GAAP accounting) preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
- Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Outlook
- J.D. Edwards, SAP, or equivalent software
- Accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task
- Strong reasoning and analytical skills
- Solid interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to prioritize
- Strongly preferred : Business Objects or equivalent reporting
