Senior Tax Accountant

InTulsa is partnering with Leanor Financial Services, LLP to find candidates for this exciting role in Tulsa*

Location : Tulsa, OK. This is a full-time, remote position for those already in Tulsa, OK or willing to relocate to Tulsa, OK

Intro :

As a Senior Tax Accountant at Leanor Financial Services, LLP, you will play an integral role in providing quality tax services to our clients.

You will be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships, preparing tax returns, and conducting tax research.

This is a full-time, remote position.

How You Will Make an Impact :

• Preparation of primarily Forms 1065, 1120s, 1040 Some 1120, 990, 1041s, etc.
• Calculation of quarterly tax estimates preparation of vouchers and coordination of payment
• Resolution of federal and state tax notices and inquiries from tax authorities
• Research tax laws and regulations to advise clients
• Prepare tax adjusting journal entries and coordinate with accounting team to enter
• Build and organize client work papers

Skills and Qualifications : (even if you do not meet these skills 100%, we still welcome you to apply)

• Superior attention to detail
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with team
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA preferred but not required
• Experience in Lacerte Tax a plus
• 2-5 year tax experience preferred
• Strong excel skills
• Strong communication skills
