Christian Care Fellowship Square of Phoenix is looking for a Certified Caregiver for Week-end, Double shifts, ( 6 : 00a.
m to 10 : 30 p.m). The purpose of this position is to provide a broad range of support services to our Assisted Living residents.
$500 sign on bonus

Responsibilities
What are the Responsibilities :
- Monitor and administer prescribed medications to patients.
- Maintain medical records.
- Perform welfare checks on patients.
- Orders and completes medication records.
- Provide physical assistance, laundry, bedding, and light housekeeping.
- The ability to assist residents with limited mobility, lift / push / pull up to 50lbs.
- Partner with other associates to ensure safety and well-being.
- An active AZ state-required Caregiver certification or company will pay for Caregiving certification
- Background check, DPS fingerprint card, Current TB test, Current CPR, Food handlers card, and pass drug screening.
- A Positive can-do attitude.
- Compassion to communicate well and work as part of a team.
