Requirements :

You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You :

Are at least 18 years old, hold a High School Diploma or its equivalent, and are able to pass a background check. Education in Early Childhood Education and experience within a licensed center is a big plus!

Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.

Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.

Your Role as an Assistant Teacher :
