- Prepare for corporate tax return and communicate with external USCPA
- File monthly quarterly and annual state tax filing and make estimated tax payments. (Calculation will be provided
by external USCPA)
- Prepare consolidated financial reports every quarter and communicated to the parent company in Japan
- File Annual Report to states
- Communicate with bank to open close and manage bank accounts
- Financing companys funds to maximize profit
- Manage accounting ERP system implementation
- Consult all divisions accounting concerns and questions
- Budget control
- Help Accounting division if necessary
- Support IT division
- Basic knowledge of accounting standards regulatory standards and general business
- Manager Experiences
- Strong Communication Skill
- Bilingual in Japanese and English
- Bachelor or higher degree in any of business major
