Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for Educators at Gillingham Charter School in Pottsville, PA. Educators will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, fostering a collaborative and engaging learning environment, and facilitating thoughtful discussions among students. They will also be tasked with assessing student progress, providing feedback, and supporting students' academic and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Lesson Planning and Education skills
• Strong Communication and Teaching abilities
• Experience in Training and facilitating group discussions
• Passion for fostering a love of learning in students
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Teaching certification or relevant credentials
• Experience with Relational Education or Charlotte Mason's educational philosophy is a plus
