Position Overview :

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial insights, conducting detailed analysis, and supporting key business initiatives.

Your expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and risk assessment will be crucial in driving financial performance and guiding decision-making processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Analysis : Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting, to support business planning and decision-making.
• Budgeting and Forecasting : Assist in the development of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans to align with strategic goals.

Qualifications :

• Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst in the banking or finance industry.
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.

g., CFA, CPA) preferred.

Skills :

• Strong proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting techniques.
