Our client, a preeminent California law firm, seeks a junior to mid-level insurance coverage litigation associate with experience representing policyholders.
Requirements :
- This associate will represent a broad range of clients including private and public tech companies, real estate development and construction industry businesses, energy companies, health care providers and VCs and private equity firms.
- This role's focus is to maximize the value of each clients' insurance portfolio.
- This associate will litigate and resolve coverage disputes, establish risk management strategies, structure insurance programs, and draft policy language.
Qualifications :
- Two to five years of litigation insurance coverage experience on behalf of policyholders.
- Superior academics and excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
- A desire to work collaboratively and be team-oriented.
- Admitted to the California Bar.
Other :
- This is a hybrid position and based in San Francisco, CA.
- The annual base compensation range for this position is between $210,000 and $275,000.
- Additional compensation may include discretionary hours-based and additional bonuses, health / welfare benefits, vacation and leave time (including parental and sabbatical) and paid holidays.
