Job SummaryThe Operations Coordinator role entails demonstrating proficiency in core job competencies aligned with the USG FAR 52.

245-1 requirements for contractors. This involves actively participating in the day-to-day operations related to several of the 10 Government Property Management Outcomes identified in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), particularly FAR 45 and 52.

245-1.Roles and ResponsibilitiesConduct inventories and find assets by exception in support of the inventory cycle and customer audits.

Work with asset custodians to locate capital assets on demand from accounting.Help with special moves or activities to ensure documentation and paperwork is correct.

Assist with asset tagging when volume warrants.Assist in execution of corrective action plans.Actively support the Sites Property Coordinator / Custodian Committee meetings.

Assists department junior associates / clerks when needed or prudent.Support internal Tier accountability boards and escalation model / processes, as applicable.

Basic QualificationsMust be a U.S. CitizenHS DiplomaPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with Asset Tracking databases, e.

g., and / or eQuip a plus.Strong PC skills especially with Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
