We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality care to residents.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility, including staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality care for residents
- Foster a positive work environment and provide leadership and support to staff members
- Collaborate with medical professionals, residents, and their families to develop individualized care plans
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations governing nursing home facilities
Qualifications :
- Current license as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Massachusetts
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of insert number years of experience in a leadership role within a skilled nursing facility
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
