StretchLab Greenbrae is seeking Physical Therapy Aides, Kinesiology Grads and Movement Specialists to join our talented crew of stretch practitioners.
This is an amazing opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a powerful modality that is taking the health and wellness industry to a new level.
As a Flexologist you would provide one-on-one assisted stretches for our clients.

We provide paid training, and our proprietary Flexologist Training Program (FTP) is nationally recognized by various accredited Fitness Associations ensuring that our clients receive a world class stretch experience.
Our services help those of any age, body type or fitness level to move and feel better in their bodies.
Comp and Benefits :
Compensation : $26-$31 / hour plus gratuities (starting pay based on experience)

Qualifications :
Current certification and / or completed degree from a nationally accredited organization in one or more of the following fields :
Personal Trainer, Athletic Trainer
Strength & Conditioning Coach, Corrective Exercise Specialist
Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, Exercise Science
Massage Therapist
Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Aide
Yoga Instructor
Pilates Instructor
Dance BFA
Foundational knowledge of anatomy and functional movement is essential for this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions (25 and 50 min sessions)
Educate clients on stretching techniques and mobility
Create customized stretching experience for each client
Help create a top-notch studio experience, build membership and retention
Ensure safety of clients with proper stretching techniques; enforce StretchLab policies
Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and complete continuing education
Help clean and maintain the studio environment and equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time

Availability :
Shifts are generally 5-6 hours each (morning / afternoon or afternoon / eve) and must be open to working some weekends
