An internship is a temporary position within Solventum. Interns typically work a full-time schedule throughout a 10-12 week assignment.

This position is limited to working 899 hours per service credit year.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Supply Chain Intern at Solventum, you'll gain hands-on experience by collaborating with a diverse team of professionals and working on innovative projects.

This internship is a great opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a practical setting while contributing to meaningful improvements in Supply Chain and Materials Planning.

Key Responsibilities :

• Technical Support : Assist with analysis of large data sets and demand planning.
• Process Improvement : Help in the development and implementation of value stream and inventory management improvements.
• Project Involvement : Support cross-functional projects related to new process start-ups, technology integration, and cost reduction.
• Communication : Assist in preparing project updates and reports for stakeholders.
• Corporate Compliance : Adhere to professional and corporate standards and align with Solventum’s values and ethical guidelines.
• Continuous Improvement : Learn and apply Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies to drive operational excellence.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications :

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required :

Experience with Supply Chain course work and internship experience considered

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include :

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP / i2 Factory Planner / i2 Supply Cain Planner or similar system)
• Strong analytical skills, able to perform data analysis with mass data sets
• Strong problem-solving and communications skills

Onsite : Monrovia, CA

Applicable to US Applicants Only : The expected compensation range for this position is $29.00 - $33.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.

This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and / or experience.

In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.
