System Administrator / Mobile Device Management

This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment.

This position is located in Portland, Oregon and hybrid with onsite 1 - 2 days weekly.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $49.00 - $54.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.

The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications :

• An associate degree in computer / information technology (or related technical discipline) is preferred.
• 3 years of experience is required with an applicable associate degree.
• 5 years of experience is required without a degree or an applicable degree.
• Experience should be in the computer / information technology or closely related field.
• Troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 11 in an enterprise environment.
• 1 year of experience supporting smartphone devices.
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE.
• 1 year of experience with the following :
• Provisioning smartphone devices in an enterprise environment.
• Configuring settings to enable and administer system and software operational and security functions.
• Change management practices and concepts to facilitate technical change to a large audience.
• Configuration control practices and concepts to ensure a stable operational environment.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills with commercial off the shelf and in-house developed software applications and delivery tools.
