Synectic Solutions, Inc. (SSI) is seeking a Logistics Program / Project Analyst to support our NAVAIR customer in Patuxent River, MD.
The Analyst will be responsible for but not limited to the following requirements. The anticipated award date for this contract is November 2024.
Essential Job Duties : Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program / project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft / weapon / project acquisition and product programs.
Tracks program / project status and schedules. Develops program acquisition documentation such as PIDs, SOWs, and CDRLs.
Provides updates to NAVAIR AMS Tools (CDRLs, PMT, and CSPT) and advises Government on status of financial and procurement actions.
Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Tracks program / project status and schedules, configuration management, data deliverables, and Data Management activities.
Applies SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD policy and documentation to support programs / project through PPBS and life-cycle management of military acquisition programs (as specified in the DoD 5000 series).
Processes program acquisition, funding and contract documentation for military programs. Required Education : BA / BS degree.
AA degree considered with 2 additional years of experience. Required Experience : 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
Desired Experience : At least four years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline;
and at least two years professional experience in NAVAIR AMS Suite of Tools (CDRLs, PMT, and CSPT), technical efforts supporting major weapon systems and components development.
Experience providing critical program management support for major DoD acquisition systems with multiple appropriations and multiple type / model / series aircrafts and / or systems.
