What You will Do :

Ad Creation : Craft engaging and dynamic ads to attract top talent.

Resume Review : Meticulously review resumes and pre-screen applicants to find the perfect fit.

Interviewing : Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their suitability for the role.

Pre-Hire Processes : Complete all pre-hire requirements to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Training Coordination : Schedule and coordinate training sessions to equip new hires with the necessary skills.

Reference Checks : Obtain references to verify candidate credentials.

Department Liaison : Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.

GAP Assistance : Provide support for GAP needs to ensure continuous workforce efficiency and continuity of care.

What We are Looking For :

Minimal experience as a staffing coordinator or similar role is a plus, but not required.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Bilingual Spanish / English is preferred.

Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite.
