As a Project Manager in our Land Development Group (Civil Site Design), you’ll be at the forefront of transforming ideas into reality.

As you bring projects to the community, you will have opportunities to work alongside experts in their field by collaborating with Landscape Architects, Scientists, Planners, and a wide range of engineering disciplines.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead and Inspire : You’ll guide a talented team of civil engineers and designers, fostering creativity and excellence.
• Project Management : From concept to completion, you’ll have the opportunity to lead projects ranging from typical civil led development projects (residential, commercial, industrial and mixed use) to more specialized projects (parks, municipal and institutional) ensuring they’re executed on time and within budget.
• Client Relationships : You will be the lead in fostering that critical Project Manager / Client relationship. By understanding our clients needs, and anticipating project challenges, you will deliver exceptional results.
• Innovation : We thrive on pushing boundaries. You’ll be part of V3’s continued commitment to sustainable practices and creative solutions to solve local challenges and create resilient environments.
• Collaboration : You’ll work closely with private real estate land development, redevelopment, and municipal clients to create integrated designs that complement the environment.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience : A minimum of 10 years of successful, local, and related site / civil engineering experience, with a focus on land development for both small and large projects.
• Licensure : Professional Engineering license in Indiana.
• Leadership : You’re a motivator, a mentor, and a strategic thinker. You’ll attend, participate in, and lead training sessions and management meetings.
• Communication : Your ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner sets you apart.
