Job Title : Senior Electrical Engineer
Location : Apex, NC (Hybrid)
Pay Range : $55-65 / hour (6 month contract to hire)
Must Haves :
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5 to 10 years of electrical engineering experience
- Experience designing a microcontroller board
- Design experience in a product development environment, or equivalent combination of technical education and internship experience.
- Basic knowledge designing, prototyping and testing PCB assemblies for embedded systems (Altium Designer preferred)
- Experience in hardware design validation through empirical analysis, modeling or experimental test methods.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses :
- Experience with ESP 32
- Experience with Resistance Familiar with C / C++ for embedded systems.

The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

- Utilize intellect and best engineering practices throughout Pentair’s product development process (stage-gate).
- Support all aspects of embedded hardware development and full integration into varied electro-mechanical product platforms.
- Execute all aspects of design validation including : prototyping, lab and field testing, pilot and initial production runs.
