Required skillsets :
- Has MicroPact Versa Regulatory technical / configuration / development experience
- Has worked with MicroPact Versa with a number of clients (actual implementations)
- Has about 2-5 years experience working in the commercial or government space doing configuration / design of regulatory / licensing COTS solutions
- Has experiencing working with agile / scrum based configuration sprints / backlog refinement
- Is a great communicator and has worked with business groups to define requirements / backlog refinement
- Has a college degree
Desirable skillsets :
- Has a SCRUM certification (desirable)
- Has big 4 / 5 experience (desirable)
The compensation for this position is $75,000 to $100,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for performance-based bonus / to participate in a performance-based incentive plan.
This position is eligible for a benefits package including; medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, 7 paid holidays and PTO.
