Job Title : Office Assistant / CNA
Location : Cary, NC
Hours : Full Time (8am-4pm, Monday-Friday) (Times can be slightly flexible)
Job Overview : Are you a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with strong organizational and customer service skills? We are seeking a dedicated Office Assistant / CNA to join our team.
This unique role combines administrative duties with hands-on caregiving, offering a dynamic and rewarding work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Office Assistance (8am-4pm) :
- Recruitment of caregivers
- Scheduling and coordinating shifts
- Managing client relations and providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting with caregiver paperwork and office organization
- CNA Duties :
- Filling in as a CNA when call-offs occur
- Providing high-quality care to clients as needed
- Assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
Requirements :
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to fill in for caregiving shifts as needed
- Must be ok with being around cats and / or dogs (must not be allergic)
