Software License Manager

A company is looking for a Principal Software License Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth entitlement and support reviews to determine customer rights and usage

Lead conversations with customers to assess compliance and negotiate resolutions

Drive cross-functional collaboration with various internal teams and develop compliance tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a business, technical, or related field (advanced degree preferred)

2-3 years of experience in the software industry with exposure to technical and contractual elements

Solid understanding of software licensing, compliance, and controls

Proven customer-facing experience with stakeholders at all levels

Experience in software compliance auditing or software asset management is a plus
