Job Description : Veeva Project Manager

About the Role :
The Veeva Project Manager is responsible for leading Veeva implementation projects across various locations. You will be tasked with ensuring successful project delivery by working closely with stakeholders, managing timelines, budgets, and resources, and resolving project-related challenges.
This role also involves risk mitigation and establishing communication channels to align project goals with business objectives .
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end Veeva implementation projects, managing scope, resources, and timelines.
- Define project objectives , success criteria, and milestones while ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and establish project deliverables.
- Ensure effective communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders on potential risks and mitigations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of project tasks and deliverables.
- Lead project teams in conducting retrospectives and post-implementation reviews to identify areas of improvement.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards, especially in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.
Qualifications :
- Prior experience implementing Veeva Vault application is mandatory
- Should have prior Life Science project experience in GxP environments
- 5+ years of project management experience, with extensive knowledge of Veeva Systems.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, preferably in a regulated environment.
- Expertise in developing project charters, timelines, and roadmaps, while ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage global teams and stakeholders.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing risks and addressing issues.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or equivalent.

- Understanding of GxP , compliance, and regulatory requirements in life sciences.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.
