Job Description :
As a Millwright at Prime Field Service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our machinery and equipment.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment according to specifications
- Conducting preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and implementing effective solutions
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals
- Collaborating with other team members to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure safety protocols are followed
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification preferred
- Proven experience as a Millwright or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical documentation
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
