This is a full-time position that is responsible for providing legal support across various departments, providing a wide range of legal services such as research, drafting, and reviewing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Providing highly complex staff assistance to the Deputy General Counsel and General Counsel. The Attorney will manage complex legal issues, provide strategic legal advice, and support various business functions within the company.
This role involves significant responsibility, including leading negotiations, advising on regulatory matters, and handling high-stakes legal matters.

Responsibilities Provide strategic legal counsel to various departments within the True companies. Lead negotiations and draft complex agreements and contracts.
Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and company policies. Represent the companies in legal proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Assist junior attorneys and provide guidance as needed. Perform legal research and analysis on various issues affecting the companies.
Prepare, draft, and review of contracts, deeds, leases and other legal documents and instruments. Manage and organize legal files and documents.
Stay updated on relevant legal developments and inform the team. Collaborate with different departments to provide legal guidance.
Assist other attorneys in investigating legal claims and complaints and recommending appropriate action. Liaise with external counsel as necessary.
Confer with and render assistance to Owners and True companies in establishing policies as well as recommending changes in current policies and procedures in order to meet legal requirements.

D.) from an accredited law school with five to ten (5-10) years of experience practicing law; or an equivalent combination of education and / or experience may be considered.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to produce accurate work within regular deadlines. Willingness to learn and develop legal expertise. State Bar of Wyoming Membership.
Demonstrated ability to handle legal tasks with no supervision. English language fluency, verbal and written. Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check and drug / alcohol test.
