Junior Accountant
Burlingame, CA (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
Process cash disbursements and incoming receipts in online banking system
Prepare daily cash reconciliations for all cash accounts
Prepare and maintain intercompany payables and receivables reconciliations
Assist Controller with interim & year-end audit preparation
Prepare and distribute annual 1099 IRS forms
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
2+ years of Accounts payable experience
Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills
Basic understanding of GAAP accounting principles
Detail oriented
Experience with MS Dynamics 365 is a huge plus
