Summary
Preparing, Reviewing and Recording financial transactions / entries,supporting,and A / R and A / P, expense Reporting / Management.
Essential Duties
- Maintaining the general ledger
- Preparing, Reviewing and Recording financial transactions / entries
- Supporting A / R and A / P
- Expense Reporting / Management
- Account reconciliations and Analysis
- Supporting Fixed Assets / Asset Management
- Supporting various taxes, including Income, Sales / Use and Property
- Supporting Month end Closing
- Assisting with Year End audit and Six-Month Review
- Reviewing financial statements
- Preparing financial reports
Working Hours, Working style
8 : 30-17 : 00 lunch time 30 minutes
Introduced a flex system with 8-hour working hours between 7 : 30-18 : 30.

Salary / Benefit
55k-80k
