Tonkin Hillsboro Chevrolet is actively seeking out a Bilingual Service Concierge to join our team! This is a customer service-based position, acting as an entry-level service advisor position.
Working as our Bilingual Service Concierge, you’d be assisting our service clientele upon arrival and helping our service advisors.
The ideal candidate would have top-quality customer service with a strong work ethic.
Bilingual Service Concierge Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist service customers with check-ins.
- Staging vehicles in the service repair area.
- Answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments.
- Assist the service advisors as with booking repair orders, following up with customers, walking customers to their vehicles, and ancillary duties that come with service writing.
- Other duties that may arise in the service department.
Bilingual Service Concierge Benefits and Compensation
Commission-Based, up to $24 per hour.

Qualifications
Bilingual Service Concierge Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Driver’s License.
- Prior Customer Service Experience.
Corporate requirements : Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
