As we continue our path for growth, we are looking for Business Development Executives to join our team! We prefer roles to be hybrid, because we believe it is easier to learn, model, practices, and strengthen our culture when we're in the office, at one of our corporate locations in Irving, TX, Minneapolis, MN, St.
Louis, MO, Bloomfield, NJ, Jacksonville, FL, Oak Brook, IL, Pleasanton, CA, Bentonville, AR; however, we are open to remote locations for the right individuals.

What will you do?
- Drive new client lead generation and business opportunities.
- Achieve predefined new business goals through strategic sales plans.
- Prepare and present high-impact client presentations.
- Analyze RFP requirements and develop compelling proposals.
- Manage project workflows and timelines effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

- Prospect new business via industry research and cold calling.
- Utilize strong project management skills to ensure timely deliverables.
- Translate data analysis into actionable business strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Leverage entrepreneurial spirit and industry expertise.
- Have the strong ability to close deals and build sales pipelines.
- Demonstrate excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
- Have leadership capabilities to motivate and influence teams.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Extensive industry contacts and entrepreneurial drive.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- 10+ years of successful RFP proposal generation and business development.
- Proven track record in multi-million-dollar sales development.
- Project management experience from inception through transition.
- Previous experience in Retail, CPG, and / or manufacturing sectors.
- Be able to travel up to 50% as needed.
